Norwich Bully Busters

We are the Norwich Bully Busters and we work to stop bullying.

Our goal is to educate the community on the "Bullying Prevention Law" and school policies regarding bullying. In addition to preventing violence in schools, we work towards providing the community with fun, interactive and low-to-no cost programs for youth in and around the Greater Norwich Area.

MISSION

Norwich Bully Busters empowers youth to build a kinder, more respectful, and inclusive community through education, leadership opportunities, and service‑oriented experiences.

OBJECTIVES

Instill the philosophy that “kindness is magical” by encouraging youth to put kindness into action through service projects, outreach, and everyday interactions creating a ripple effect of positivity throughout the community.
Create programs and activities that strengthen empathy, communication, teamwork, and leadership encouraging youth to lead with kindness and confidence
Engage youth in meaningful service and community initiatives that reinforce civic responsibility, connect generations, and make a measurable positive impact on Norwich and surrounding areas.
Provide education, guidance, and community programs that equip youth with the skills to prevent bullying, promote empathy, and foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all.

CALLING VOLUNTEERS

Volunteering with Norwich Bully Busters is a rewarding way to make a real impact in your community. By lending your time and talents, you’ll help support youth and families through educational and enrichment programs, take part in meaningful initiatives like buddy bench projects and anti‑bullying outreach, and assist with planning and staffing community events and fundraisers. Along the way, you’ll build connections with local schools, partners, and organizations that share a commitment to youth well‑being while helping foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and empathy right here in Norwich. Your involvement truly helps create positive change where it matters most.
