Our programs are ongoing or recurring initiatives that offer structured support, learning opportunities, and mentorship over time. They’re designed to help participants grow, develop skills, and create a meaningful, lasting impact.
A series of sessions designed for 6th to 8th grade students in partnership with the Norwich Youth, Family, and Recreation Department and Norwich Public Schools Family Resource Center.
Community service activities that support local non-profits, promote team-building, encourage positive peer support, and provide fun, engaging after-school experiences.

A 6 week summer youth enrichment program held in partnership with Norwich Youth, Family, and Recreation Department. Throughout the program, participants will partake in numerous activities, community service initiatives, and most importantly, opportunities to form lasting friendships. Our Summer Jam program is designed to:
Prevent bullying and promote positive behavior by giving youth practical opportunities to practice empathy, cooperation, and respect.
Strengthen social and emotional learning through hands-on activities that help youths develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of belonging.
Encourage civic responsibility by engaging participants in regular community service projects.
Thanks to the generosity of various organizations, Norwich Bully Busters have been able to facilitate a myriad of grant funded programs including the following:
Shark Tank - 6-week entrepreneur program for ages 12-18 designed to help students build confidence, creativity, and real-world skills by developing ideas and presenting them using the Shark Tank program.

We regularly host community events open to the public and welcoming all ages, designed to bring people together, raise awareness, encourage engagement, and celebrate our mission.
Unity Day - Each year during National Bullying Month that focuses on Unity, kindness, and community support.
World Youth Day - Celebrations of youth empowerment with NBB Involvement
We collaborate with community partners at local fairs, markets, and neighborhood events such as block parties, offering interactive, all-ages activities that promote bullying prevention and community engagement.
